Biography
Education and Post-Graduate Training
Dr. Jianing He is Assistant Professor of the Department of Endodontics at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry since 2003. She received a PhD in Oral Biology and a certificate in Endodontics from the University of Connecticut Health Center in 2003 and received her DMD at the West China University of Medical Sciences at Chengdu, China in 1997.
Dr. He is responsible for both didactic and clinical teaching at the undergraduate and the graduate levels, coordinating departmental research effort, mentoring student research and conducting independent research.
Dr. He’s independent research and mentored student research have resulted in intramural and extramural grant funding that exceeds $738,500. These research efforts have also led to many publications in peer-reviewed journals. She recently received the largest clinical research grant in the history of Texas A&M University College of Dentistry to study the outcome of endodontic re-treatment and single-implant supported prostheses.
She’s a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American/International Association of Dental Research, Dallas Asian Dental Association, the American Association of Dental Education and the DFW Metroplex Endodontic Society.
Dr. He is Board certified (American Board of Endodontics).
